STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BARS

with orange liqueur strawberries

THE INGREDIENTS

- Graham crackers - Sugar - Butter - Salt - Cream cheese - Sour cream - Vanilla - Lemons - Eggs - Strawberries - Grand Marnier

01 GRAHAM CRUST

Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they're fine crumbs. Add the sugar, melted butter, & salt. Press the crust into an 8x8 pan & bake until it's golden-brown. Cool.

02 LEMON CHEESECAKE FILLING

Beat the butter, sugar, & cream cheese. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, & lemon zest. Mix in the eggs. Pour the filling over the cooled graham cracker crust.

03 BAKE

Bake the cheesecake bars until edges are set and the filling is just a bit jiggly in the center. Let cool completely at room temperature & refrigerate. Cut into squares.

04 STRAWBERRIES

Slice the strawberries. Then, add some sugar and a splash of Grand Marnier. Let the strawberries macerate for about 30 minutes. Spoon the strawberries over the cheesecake bars.

YOU DON'T NEED A WATER BATH!

Instead of using a water bath for these cheesecake bars, you just place a pan of water on the oven rack under the bars. So easy!

TIP!

You can double the recipe and bake these bars in a 9x13 pan if you want extra servings! Just bake them for a little longer to ensure they're done in the center.
