BACON, EGG, & CHEESE CROISSANT SANDWICHES

with maple dijon sauce

BAKED ON A SHEET PAN FOR A CROWD!

YOU'LL LOVE THESE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES...

- they're easy & make-ahead - they are baked on a sheet pan - the sandwiches are perfect for a crowd - the sandwiches are savory, flaky, & beyond good

INGREDIENTS

- croissants - bacon - eggs - chives - salt & pepper - white cheddar - butter - poppy seeds - mayo - dijon mustard - maple syrup

01 BACON

1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Lay the bacon on the sheet pan. 3. Bake until the bacon is crispy. Drain the bacon on paper towels.

02 DIJON SAUCE

1. Add the mayo, dijon, and maple syrup to a small bowl. 2. Whisk until smooth. 3. Season with salt & pepper. Set aside for later.

03 SCRAMBLED EGGS

1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl. 2. Whisk until smooth. 3. Cook the scrambled eggs. Add salt, pepper, & chives.

04 ASSEMBLE

1. Cut the croissants in half. 2. Spread the maple dijon sauce on both sides. 3. Stack the eggs, bacon, & cheese on top of the croissants.

05 BAKE

1. Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter. 2. Sprinkle the croissants with poppy seeds. 3. Bake until hot. Enjoy!

PRO TIP!

Swap out the bacon with deli ham, breakfast sausage, or prosciutto. You can also swap out the cheese or add a fried egg instead of scrambled eggs!

- Enjoy the sandwiches with simple green salad or fruit. - Serve the sandwiches with hot coffee, cold brew, or tea. - Add a side of sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes.
