BAKED APPLE CIDER DONUTS

They're SUPER easy. They're a great snack, dessert, or holiday brunch. These old-fashioned donuts are full of autumn flavor!

the ingredients

- apple cider - flour - baking powder & soda - cinnamon, cardamom, & apple pie spice - salt - butter - white & brown sugar - eggs - vanilla extract - whole milk

S T E P 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt, & spices. In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, sugars, egg, vanilla, & apple cider.

S T E P 2

Combine the wet & dry ingredients until you have a thick batter. Pipe the batter into the donut pans. Bake at 375°F for 8-9 minutes.

S T E P 3

Combine sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom. Brush each donut with butter and dip in the spiced sugar mixture. Enjoy!

Don't have a donut pan? If you don't have a donut pan, you can totally just use a cupcake or muffin tin.

 THE SECRET TO BAKED APPLE CIDER DONUTS?

Boiled apple cider! You can easily make your own or buy it online if you're short on time.
