BBQ BACON BLUE CHEESE BURGERS

- these burgers are stuffed with blue cheese! - they're topped with glazed shallots and jalapeños - this recipe is simple to make - it's a huge crowd-pleaser!

INGREDIENTS

oil shallot jalapeño bbq sauce buns butter ground beef worcestershire sauce dijon garlic & onion powder paprika blue cheese bacon salt & pepper lettuce & tomato

01 BBQ SHALLOTS & JALAPEÑOS

1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium. 2. Add the shallots & jalapeños & cook until soft. 3. Remove from the heat & stir in the BBQ sauce.

02 MAKE THE PATTIES

1. Combine the beef, Worcestershire, Dijon, spices, & blue cheese. 2. Form into patties. 3. Grill the burgers & bacon.

03 ASSEMBLE

1. Top the burgers with more blue cheese. 2. Butter & toast the buns. 3. Layer the blue cheese burgers on the buns with bacon, BBQ shallots & jalapeños, lettuce, & tomato.

PRO TIP!

To keep the blue cheese stuffed burger patties from shrinking, make an indentation in the center of each patty. Works every time!

STORAGE

To store leftover burgers, place the patties in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. When you're ready to enjoy, heat the patties & assemble.
