GRILLED BLUE CHEESE BURGERS

with bbq shallots & jalapeños

WHY YOU'LL 🖤 THESE BURGERS

- They're grilled instead of pan-fried. - The BBQ shallots & jalapeños are smoky, sweet, & spicy. - There's bacon! - There's blue cheese inside AND on top of the burgers. - It's a great recipe for a BBQ or party!

THE INGREDIENTS

- Ground beef - Bacon - Blue cheese - Buns - Shallots

- Jalapeños - BBQ sauce - Lettuce - Tomato - Spices

01 MIX THE MEAT

Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, half of the blue cheese crumbles, and black pepper to taste.

02 GRILL

Form the meat into patties. Grill over medium-high heat until they reach your desired doneness. Top with more blue cheese.

03 BBQ SHALLOTS

Cook the jalapeños and shallots in a pan over medium-heat until tender. Remove from the heat. Coat with BBQ sauce.

04 ENJOY!

Assemble the burgers on the buns with bacon, BBQ shallots, & veggies. 

Enjoy for a BBQ, dinner party, or just a quick and delicious weeknight dinner!

STOVETOP VERSION

If you don’t have a grill, it’s no problem! You can totally make this recipe indoors on your stove top. Just cook them in an oiled pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side.

TIP!

For burgers that are light instead of dense, don’t squish the patties too much. You want the patties to stick together but not be too compact.
