- BUTTER
- POWDERED SUGAR
- FREEZE DRIED STRAWBERRIES
- VANILLA EXTRACT
- MILK

First, crush the freeze-dried strawberries with a mortar & pestle until it's a fine powder. Sift to remove the seeds.

Combine the softened butter and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until the frosting is thick and thoroughly combined.

Add the strawberry powder, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix everything together until the frosting is combined.

Turn the mixer to high and whip the buttercream until it is very fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Tip - if the frosting is too thick, add another splash of milk!
