THE INGREDIENTS
- Graham crackers- Sugar- Butter- Salt- Cream cheese- Sour cream- Vanilla- Lemons- Eggs- Strawberries- Grand Marnier
Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they're fine crumbs. Add the sugar, melted butter, & salt. Press the crust into an 8x8 pan & bake until it's golden-brown. Cool.
Beat the butter, sugar, & cream cheese. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, & lemon zest. Mix in the eggs. Pour the filling over the cooled graham cracker crust.
Bake the cheesecake bars until edges are set and the filling is just a bit jiggly in the center.Let cool completely at room temperature & refrigerate. Cut into squares.
Slice the strawberries. Then, add some sugar and a splash of Grand Marnier. Let the strawberries macerate for about 30 minutes. Spoon the strawberries over the cheesecake bars.
You can double the recipe and bake these bars in a 9x13 pan if you want extra servings!Just bake them for a little longer to ensure they're done in the center.
