Pat the brisket dry on both sides. Then, season the beef with salt & pepper.Heat the oil until it's very hot. Sear the brisket. Then, cut it into cubes & toss with flour.
Once the brisket is tender, transfer the pot to a stove. Add the rice & veggies. Simmer until the rice is tender.Add the frozen peas & stir until warm. Enjoy!
To make searing quicker & easier, I recommend searing 3-4 brisket steaks before cutting the beef into cubes.The beef still gets nice & browned and never steams!
