BROWN BUTTER RICE KRISPIE TREATS

THE INGREDIENTS

- Unsalted butter - Mini marshmallows - Vanilla extract - Puffed rice cereal - Mini pretzels - Dark chocolate chunks

BROWN BUTTER

1. Melt the butter. 2. Let it come to a simmer. Stir frequently. 3. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the butter has brown bits on the bottom.

MIX

1. Add the marshmallows & melt. Stir in the vanilla. 2. Stir in the puffed cereal & pretzels. 3. Carefully add the chocolate chunks. Stir quickly.

BARS

1. Press the mixture in an 8x8 pan. 2. Decorate with pretzels & flaky salt. 3. Let the bars set. Slice & enjoy!
