This pizza is simple & quick. It's flavorful, a little spicy, & so delicious! The pizza is great for a crowd.

- pizza dough - chicken - buffalo sauce - olive oil - garlic - bleu cheese - mozzarella - red onion - cornmeal - chives - pine nuts - parmesan - salt & pepper

S T E P 1

Mash a clove of garlic in a mortar & pestle until smooth. Grind the chives, pine nuts, & Parmesan. Stir in the olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.

S T E P 2

Stretch the pizza dough into a 10-12'' circle. Place on a pan dusted with cornmeal. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle garlic over the top of the pizza.

S T E P 3

Sprinkle the pizza with mozzarella and bleu cheese. Then, top the pizza with buffalo chicken and red onion (if using).

S T E P 4

Bake the pizza at 500°F for 9-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly & the crust is golden-brown. Top with chive pesto & enjoy!

Tip! If you don't want to make chive pesto, just sprinkle the pizza with fresh chives. You can also use fresh cilantro or parsley if you prefer!

CAN I USE STORE-BOUGHT PIZZA DOUGH?

Absolutely! I love homemade dough but you can also use store-bought for a quick & easy pizza.
