HOW TO BUILD A BREAKFAST BOARD

an easy step-by-step guide to the ultimate breakfast grazing board

Breakfast grazing boards are a quick and impressive way to serve brunch to guests! They're: - Easy to make - Perfect for a variety of recipes - A huge crowd-pleaser - Great for holidays & parties

The size of your board will depend on how many people you're serving. Choose a large cutting board for a crowd or a smaller cheese platter for an intimate group of friends.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR BOARD

Now, pick the main feature of your board. Pancakes and waffles  are my go-to, but any main dish will work for this breakfast board!

STEP 2: PICK YOUR MAIN RECIPE

TIP!

Choose something that can be served at room temperature. That way, you don't have to worry about keeping the food hot and your guests can eat whenever.

Fruit and nuts are great for a sweet option. To make it a charcuterie board, add cheese and cold cuts! You can also add savory options like avocado and bacon.

STEP 3: ADD A FEW GARNISHES

Now, it's time to put everything together! Start by adding your main dish in a 'wavy' pattern. Then, fill in the gaps with fruit, syrup, & other garnishes.

STEP 4: ASSEMBLE & SERVE

WHAT SHOULD I USE FOR THE MAIN RECIPE?

- Pancakes or Norwegian pancakes - Waffles - Bagels & cream cheese - Breakfast burritos - Breakfast sandwiches - Croissants & toppings
