CACIO E PEPE PIZZA

(cheese + black pepper pizza)

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS PIZZA!

- It's simple to make. - Only has a handful of ingredients. - Make it in a pizza oven or regular oven. - It's great for parties!

THE INGREDIENTS

- Pizza dough - Butter - Garlic - Mozzarella - Pecorino Romano

- Ricotta - Black pepper - Basil - Flour

01 GARLIC BUTTER

Start by stretching the pizza dough into a 10-12'' circle. Combine the garlic & melted butter. Brush evenly on top of the pizza dough.

02 CHEESE

Sprinkle the mozzarella and Pecorino Romano evenly over the pizza. Add dollops of ricotta cheese over the top.

03 PEPPER

Finish off the pizza with a generous amount of black pepper. Bake at 500°F for 9-10 minutes until golden-brown.

04 ENJOY!

Once the pizza is baked, let it set for 5 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with basil, black pepper, & Pecorino Romano. Enjoy!

Cook the pizza on the highest setting of your oven for that classic 'pizza parlor' taste. This will allow the crust to cook quickly for chewy, caramelized crust.

CAN I MAKE THIS WHITE PIZZA WITHOUT RICOTA?

Yes! If you're not a fan of ricotta, this pizza tastes just as delicious without. The mozzarella & Pecorino Romano is great on its own!
