- Pizza dough
- Pecorino Romano
- Black pepper
01 GARLIC BUTTER
Start by stretching the pizza dough into a 10-12'' circle.
Combine the garlic & melted butter. Brush evenly on top of the pizza dough.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and Pecorino Romano evenly over the pizza.
Add dollops of ricotta cheese over the top.
Finish off the pizza with a generous amount of black pepper.
Bake at 500°F for 9-10 minutes until golden-brown.

Once the pizza is baked, let it set for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with basil, black pepper, & Pecorino Romano. Enjoy!
