THE BEST SIMPLE CHARCUTERIE SKEWERS

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS EASY APPETIZER

They take just 15 minutes to make. They're lovely with wine, beer, or cocktails. These skewers are amazing for a party.

INGREDIENTS

- 2-3 CURED MEATS - 2-3 CHEESES - GRAPES - RASPBERRIES - OLIVES - PICKLED PEPPERS - CORNICHONS - DRIED APRICOTS

Start by slicing the cheeses into 1-inch cubes. Then, fold the salami into quarters. Roll the prosicutto & cut the rolls in half.

On half of the skewers, thread the havarti cubes, olives, salami, cheddar cubes, pickled peppers, and the rolls of prosciutto.

Then, on the other skewers, thread the havarti cubes, dried apricots, grapes, mini brie cheeses, & raspberries. Enjoy!

TIP!

Mix and match the ingredients for different flavors & textures. Pair salty meats with peppers & olives. Or, try creamy cheeses with berries & grapes.
