INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

- all-purpose flour - baking powder, soda, & salt - cinnamon & cardamom - white & brown sugar - unsalted butter - eggs - vanilla extract - instant coffee

01 MIX UP THE DOUGH

1. Whisk together the dry ingredients & spices. 2. Whip the butter, sugars, egg, vanilla, & coffee. 3. Mix the wet & dry ingredients until the dough forms.

02 FORM THE COOKIE BALLS

4. Scoop the dough into balls. 5. Roll the cookie dough balls in granulated sugar. 6. Set the balls on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

03 BAKE & ENJOY!

7. Bake the cookies at 350°F for about 7 minutes. 8. Bang the pan on the oven rack until the edges ripple. 9. Bake another 1-2 minutes, bang the pan again, & cool.
