CREAMY CINNAMON HOT CHOCOLATE

with vanilla & marshmallows!

THE INGREDIENT LIST

- whole milk - cocoa powder - sugar - semisweet chocolate

- vanilla - cinnamon - kosher salt - marshmallows

01 WHISK

1. Combine the milk, cocoa powder, & sugar in a saucepan. 2. Whisk to combine. 3. Heat over medium until the milk is hot.

02 MELT

Remove the pan from the heat. Add the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Then, whisk until it's melted & combined.

03 FLAVOR

Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until combined. Serve the cinnamon hot cocoa with whipped cream or marshmallows.

BONUS TIP!

Cook the hot chocolate low and slow. You don't want to over-heat the milk or the chocolate will be grainy instead of creamy & smooth.
