1. Combine the milk, cocoa powder, & sugar in a saucepan.
2. Whisk to combine.
3. Heat over medium until the milk is hot.

Remove the pan from the heat. Add the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Then, whisk until it's melted & combined.
