THE INGREDIENT LIST
- Gin (London Dry)
- Vermouth (preferably dry)
- Filtered water
- Lemon bitters
- Lemons and/or olives, for ganish

01 POUR
1. Start by pouring out some of the gin into a bottle.
2. Store the leftover gin for another use.
3. Add the vermouth straight into the bottle of gin.

02 ADD FLAVOR
Next, add the filtered water and lemon bitters to the bottle of gin. Add more bitters if you like more!

03 SHAKE
Cap the bottle and swirl it around to combine everything together. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
