- Gin (London Dry)
- Elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)
- Fresh lemon juice
- Dry champagne or Prosecco
- Lemon twists for garnish

1. Add the gin to a cocktail shaker.
2. Then, add the elderflower liqueur.
3. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice and add it to the cocktail shaker.

Next, fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Cover the shaker and shake until the outside is frosty and cold, about 20 seconds.
