TIP! MAKE THIS SPRITZ WITHOUT A BLENDER
NO BLENDER? NO PROBLEM! YOU CAN ALSO MAKE THIS FROZEN APEROL SPRITZ IN THE FREEZER GRANITA-STYLE.
DOES APEROL FREEZE?
Because of the alcohol content, the Aperol will not freeze solid. But, it will freeze enough to make this cocktail nice & slushy!
Make this cocktail up to 2 hours in advance and store in the freezer. Serve once your guests arrive. So easy & stress-free!
Instead of strawberries, try mangos, peaches, oranges, or raspberries.
Use champagne or rosé instead of Prosecco.
Use orange or lime juice instead of lemon juice.
