THE BEST NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

with strawberry crunch topping

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS CAKE

The filling is fluffy & full of berry flavor. There's no gelatin or Cool Whip! It's great for parties. This dessert comes together easily.

INGREDIENTS

FREEZE-DRIED STRAWBERRIES GOLDEN OREOS BUTTER GRAHAM CRACKERS SUGAR SALT WHIPPING CREAM CREAM CHEESE POWDERED SUGAR LEMONS VANILLA SOUR CREAM FRESH STRAWBERRIES

Combine the Golden Oreos, strawberry powder, freeze-dried strawberries, & butter to a food processor. Mix until crumbly.

Blend the graham crackers into crumbs. Add sugar, butter, & salt. Blend well. Press the dough into the bottom of a pan & chill.

Whip the cream into peaks. Then, mix the cream cheese, sugar, powdered sugar, lemon zest & juice, vanilla, strawberry powder & sour cream.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust. Top with the strawberry crunch, strawberries, & whipped cream. Slice & enjoy!

PRO-TIP

The filling in this cheesecake is a bit more mousse-like than traditional cheesecake. For denser filling, use 1 cup of whipping cream instead of 1 1/2 cups.

HOW LONG IS THIS CHEESECAKE GOOD FOR?

This cheesecake will last 3-4 days in the fridge. Make sure you cover the top with wrap so it doesn't pick up other flavors in the fridge!

SERVING IDEAS

Add a scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream.

Top the cheesecake with fresh strawberries and/or whipped cream!

Drizzle the slices with strawberry coulis.
