PEANUT M&M COOKIES

BROWN BUTTER

YOU'LL LOVE THESE COOKIES BECAUSE THEY'RE...

- super easy - a huge crowd-pleaser - chewy & nutty - great for parties - made with peanuts but no peanut butter!

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

- butter - flour, baking soda & salt - brown & white sugar - eggs - vanilla - peanuts - chocolate chips - m&ms

01 BROWN THE BUTTER

1. Place the butter in a shallow sauce pan & melt. 2. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the mixture smells nutty & has brown bits. 3. Pour the butter in a bowl & cool.

02 MIX THE DOUGH

4. Add the brown & white sugars to the butter. Stir in the eggs & vanilla. 5. Then, add the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, & salt. 6. Cover & chill for 1-2 hours.

03 ADD THE MIX-INS

7. Remove the dough from the fridge. 8. Add the chocolate chips, peanuts, and M&Ms. 9. Fold to combine.

04 ROLL & BAKE

10. Scoop the dough into 2 Tablespoon portions. 11. Roll the dough into balls and place on sheet pans. 12. Bake until the cookies are golden & chewy in the center.

TO FREEZE THE DOUGH

Roll the cookie dough into balls and freeze on a sheet pan until solid. Then, pop the cookie dough balls into a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Bake from frozen!
