3 REASONS TO MAKE SAVORY PALMIERS

1. They are one of the easiest appetizers ever! 2. Everyone loves them. 3. They're savory, flaky, buttery, & delicious!

INGREDIENT LIST

Everything bagel spice (dried onions, dried garlic, sesame seeds, & poppy seeds) Eggs Puff pastry Cream cheese Parmesan Kosher salt

01 SPREAD

Roll out the puff pastry. Spread the cream cheese over the puff pastry. Sprinkle with Parmesan & everything bagel spice.

02 ROLL

Fold each side of the puff pastry halfway. Fold the sides again until they meet in the middle. Fold one last time until you have 6 layers.

03 SLICE

Refrigerate the dough until it's nice and cold. Use a sharp knife to slice the cookies into 1/2'' slices.

04 BAKE

Brush the savory palmiers with egg wash. Bake until they're golden-brown. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

RECIPE TIP!

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so that it spreads out easily. Otherwise, it will tear the puff pastry.
