Eggs Mayo Sriracha Soy sauce Spices - smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, & white pepper Shallots Oil Chives

01 FRIED SHALLOTS

Fry the sliced shallots in oil until they're crispy and golden-brown. Drain & season with Kosher salt.

02 FILLING

Spoon the egg yolks into a bowl. Add the mayo, Sriracha, and spices. Mash until the mixture is very smooth.

03 FILL & GARNISH

Fill the egg whites with the spicy yolk mixture. Garnish with fried shallots and fresh, chopped chives.
