SPICY RANCH SNACK MIX

with oyster crackers, popcorn, & more!

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS EASY SNACK MIX

It only takes 5 minutes to mix up. Use your favorite snacks! Make them for parties, movie nights, & game day.

INGREDIENTS

- CHEX - PEANUTS - PRETZELS - CHEESE CRACKERS - OYSTER CRACKERS - SANDWICH CRACKERS - BUTTER - POPCORN - BUTTERMILK POWDER - RANCH SPICES - SALT & PEPPER - MUSTARD - CAYENNE

01

Mix the buttermilk powder, onion & garlic powder, dill, chives, parsley, salt, pepper, dried mustard, & cayenne.

02

On a sheet pan, combine the corn cereal, peanuts, pretzel chips, cheese crackers, oyster crackers, and sandwich crackers. Mix well.

03

Drizzle the snack mix with the melted butter. Then, sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the snacks.

Gently toss everything together. Then, bake until toasty.

04

Right when the snack mix comes out of the oven, add the popcorn & toss. Let the snack mixture cool completely. Store & enjoy!

TIP!

Add the popcorn to the snack mix after you bake it, not before! The popcorn will burn in the oven, so it's best to add it right after baking.

SERVING IDEAS

Bring this to a party, game day, or movie night.

Serve this spicy ranch snack mix with beer or any of your fave drinks.

Keep a batch for road trips or work snacks!

CAN I LEAVE OUT THE SPICE?

Definitely! Just leave out the cayenne pepper for regular ranch Chex mix. Or, if you want less spice, just start with 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne & add more to taste.
