- PEANUTS
- PRETZELS
- CHEESE CRACKERS
- OYSTER CRACKERS
- SANDWICH CRACKERS
- BUTTER
- POPCORN
- BUTTERMILK POWDER
- RANCH SPICES
- SALT & PEPPER
- MUSTARD
- CAYENNE

Mix the buttermilk powder, onion & garlic powder, dill, chives, parsley, salt, pepper, dried mustard, & cayenne.

On a sheet pan, combine the corn cereal, peanuts, pretzel chips, cheese crackers, oyster crackers, and sandwich crackers. Mix well.

Drizzle the snack mix with the melted butter. Then, sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the snacks.
Gently toss everything together. Then, bake until toasty.

Right when the snack mix comes out of the oven, add the popcorn & toss. Let the snack mixture cool completely. Store & enjoy!

Add the popcorn to the snack mix
after
you bake it, not before! The popcorn will burn in the oven, so it's best to add it right after baking.

CAN I LEAVE OUT THE SPICE?
Definitely! Just leave out the cayenne pepper for regular ranch Chex mix.
Or, if you want less spice, just start with 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne & add more to taste.
