NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CRUNCH CHEESECAKE

with graham cracker crust

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS CAKE

It's no-bake. The filling is creamy & sweet. The cookie crunch topping is so good! It's perfect for a crowd.

INGREDIENTS

- FREEZE DRIED STRAWBERRIES - GOLDEN OREOS - BUTTER - GRAHAM CRACKERS - SUGAR - SALT - CREAM - CREAM CHEESE - POWDERED SUGAR - LEMONS - VANILLA - SOUR CREAM

Blend the freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they're very smooth. Sift to remove any big chunks.

Blend the Golden Oreos until crumbly. Add the strawberry powder, strawberry chunks, & butter. Stir to combine.

Blend the graham crackers until fine. Add the sugar, butter, & salt. Blend until a dough forms.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom of a springform pan.

Whip the cream. Then, beat the cream cheese, sugar, powdered sugar, lemon zest, juice, strawberry powder, vanilla, and sour cream. Fold in the whipped cream until smooth.

Spread the strawberry filling over the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4-24 hours.

Sprinkle the strawberry shortcake crunch over the no-bake strawberry cheesecake. Decorate with fresh strawberries.

PRO-TIP

If you don't have a food processor, no worries! You can also make strawberry, cookie, & graham cracker crumbs with a zipper bag and rolling pin!

SERVING IDEAS

Add swirls of whipped cream on top!

Decorate the cheesecake with fresh strawberries or Golden Oreos.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
