- Rolls
- Provolone
- Fried onions
- Arugula
- Mayo
- Lemon juice
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper

01 GARLIC AIOLI
Start by combining the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, & pepper.
Whisk until the aioli is smooth. Set aside.

02 ASSEMBLE
Split the rolls & spread with garlic aioli.
Layer the tri-tip & provolone on the rolls.
Broil until the cheese is melty.

03 GARNISH
Add a handful of frizzled onions to each sandwich.
Then, add a handful of arugula.
Finish with the top of the bun.

I like provolone, but you can also use white cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, pepper jack, or even blue cheese. All so delicious!
