INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

- all-purpose flour - sugar - kosher salt - unsalted butter - apple cider vinegar - ice water

01 MIX THE BUTTER & FLOUR

1. First, mix the flour, sugar, & salt. 2. Toss the butter cubes in the flour. 3. Use your hands to 'rub' the butter into the flour until it's pea-sized.

02 MIX THE DOUGH

4. Next, combine the vinegar and ice water. 5. Drizzle over the butter-flour mixture. 6. Knead until you have a dry, shaggy dough.

03 KNEAD THE DOUGH

7. Tip the dough onto a floured surface. 8. Knead until the dough comes together. 9. Divide the dough, pat into discs, wrap, & chill for 2+ hours.

04 ROLL, FOLD, & BAKE

10. Roll the pie dough until it's is about 1/8-1/4'' thick 11. Unroll into a pie plate. 12. Use in any of your favorite pie recipes!

PRO TIP!

Keep the butter very, very cold. That is the secret to flaky pie crust! You can even freeze the butter for a bit if necessary.
