- Fresh sage- Garlic- Brown sugar- Bourbon- Butter
Sauté the apples & shallots.Then, add the sage & garlic.Sprinkle the brown sugar over the apples. Deglaze with bourbon. Stir in the butter until you have a thick glaze.
To store the leftover glazed apple pork chops, place them in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.These also are a great make-ahead option for meal prep!
