APPLE GLAZED PORK CHOPS

with fresh sage & bourbon

- It's a 30 minute meal! - The glaze has juicy apples, shallots, bourbon, & sage. - It's a one-pan meal. - This recipe is perfect for weeknights or dinner parties!

THE INGREDIENTS

- Pork chops - Salt & pepper - Oil - Apples - Shallots

- Fresh sage - Garlic - Brown sugar - Bourbon - Butter

01 SEAR

Season the pork chops generously with salt & pepper. Sear the pork chops on both sides over medium-high until they're golden-brown. Let them rest.

02 GLAZE

Sauté the apples & shallots. Then, add the sage & garlic. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the apples. Deglaze with bourbon. Stir in the butter until you have a thick glaze.

03 ASSEMBLE

Return the pork chops to the pan. Spoon the glaze over the pork chops. Then, garnish with more sage & enjoy!

TIP!

For juicy pork chops, make sure non to over-cook the chops. Once they're done cooking, let them rest for at least 5-10 minutes.

STORING

To store the leftover glazed apple pork chops, place them in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 4 days. These also are a great make-ahead option for meal prep!
