To make the spicy mayo, add the mayonnaise and Sriracha to a small bowl.
Whisk until smooth. Taste and add more Sriracha if desired.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake the bacon for 12-18 minutes until crispy.
Then, fry the eggs in butter & toast the bread.
Spread the spicy mayo on the bread. Then, layer the bacon, egg, lettuce, avocado, and tomato on top. Finish with another slice of bread, slice, & enjoy!
Make sure to buy thick-cut bacon. It makes for the best texture - crisp on the edges and perfectly chewy & meaty in the center!

If you don't like Sriracha, try truffle mayonnaise, chipotle aioli, garlic aioli, or plain mayo.
3 TIPS FOR BREAKFAST BLT SANDWICHES
1. Salt & pepper the tomatoes.
2. Toast the bread so it's crisp on the outside & soft on the inside.
3. Fry the eggs just until the yolk is set & creamy.
