HOW CAN I MAKE THE COOKIES SOFTER?

Scribbled Arrow

FOR SOFTER CARDAMOM GINGERBREAD COOKIES, ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF BAKING SODA. THEY'LL BE MORE CAKE-Y AND LESS CRISP.

CAN I MAKE THESE WITHOUT COOKIE STAMPS?

Yes! You can use vintage glasses with pretty designs on the bottom. Or, use a jar/flat-bottomed mug - there just won't be a design.
