SIMPLE CREAMY LEMON PASTA

with pine nuts & basil

THE INGREDIENTS

- Pasta - Butter - Garlic - Lemons - Cream

- Parmesan - Salt & Pepper - Olive oil - Basil - Pine Nuts

01 BOIL THE PASTA

Start by frying the pine nuts in olive oil. Set aside. Boil the pasta is salted water until al dente. Save a bit of pasta water for later!

02 THE SAUCE

Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the garlic. Add lemon zest, juice, & cream. Stir in the pasta, pasta water, & Parmesan until smooth & creamy.

03 GARNISH

Divide the finished pasta between 4 bowls. Top with pine nuts, basil, Parmesan, and black pepper. Enjoy!

DON'T FORGET!

You need to save a bit of that pasta water before you drain the rigatoni. That's what will give us silky, smooth, delicious lemon sauce!

TIP!

Make sure the pasta is fairly al dente when you drain it.

The pasta will keep cooking in the sauce, so under-cooking a little is ok!
