CROQUE MADAME BREAKFAST GALETTES

with everything bagel crust

YOU'LL LOVE THESE SAVORY GALETTES!

They're easy. Perfect for brunch or an appetizer. A huge crowd pleaser. Savory, flaky, & buttery. Great for parties or holidays.

INGREDIENTS

- EGGS - PIE DOUGH - DIJON MUSTARD - BLACK FOREST HAM - SWISS CHEESE - EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING - CHIVES - SALT & PEPPER

Divide the pie dough into 8 balls. Roll one of the balls until it's 6 inches in diameter. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Spread Dijon in the middle of each pie circle. Evenly divide the ham and cheese between each pie circle, leaving a 1-inch border.

Using floured hands, fold the edges of the pie dough over the ham and cheese filling. Press the folds gently to seal.

Brush the edges of the savory galettes with egg wash. Sprinkle the dough with everything bagel seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the ham & cheese galettes from the oven & break an egg in the center of each. Season with salt & pepper and bake until set.

Simple green salad with vinaigrette

Seasonal fruit, roasted fruit, or fruit salad

Raw carrot salad or watermelon salad

MAKE-AHEAD & FREEZER

Start by assembling the savory galettes. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm, wrap, & store for up to 1 month. Bake from frozen when you're ready to eat!
