SUPER SIMPLE CRUDITÉS CUPS

with lemon pesto dip

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS EASY APPETIZER

They come together in minutes. They're crunchy, fresh, & bright! The lemon pesto dip is full of flavor. They're amazing for parties.

INGREDIENTS

- CARROTS - CUCUMBERS - CHERRY TOMATOES - BELL PEPPERS - SNAP PEAS - RADISHES - SEED CRACKERS - PESTO - MAYO - GREEK YOGURT - LEMON - GARLIC - SALT & PEPPER

In a small bowl, whisk together the pesto, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt. Add the lemon juice, garlic, salt, & black pepper.

Using a piping bag, fill the bottoms of the glasses with pesto dip. Then, add the carrots, cucumbers, peppers, & tomatoes.

Add a radish, a sugar snap pea, and a seed cracker. Arrange & stagger the veggies so you can see all the colors & shapes. Enjoy!

Since the veggies are the star of the show, make sure to use fresh, seasonal veggies. They'll give you the best flavors & textures!
