EVERYTHING BBQ RUB

for steak, chicken, pork, & veggies!

WHY YOU'LL 🖤 THIS RUB

- It's the perfect mix of smoky, salty, sweet, & spicy. - It comes together in 5 minutes. - You can use it on chicken, pork, steak, veggies, & everything in-between!

THE INGREDIENTS

- Brown sugar - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Ground mustard

- Chili powder - Cayenne - Paprika - Salt & pepper

01 SPICES

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, ground mustard, cayenne, Kosher salt, and black pepper.

02 MIX

Mix the spices together until they're well-combined. Use a fork to break up any clumps. Taste the dry rub and add more spices or brown sugar to taste, if desired.

03 MARINATE

Use the rub on any of your favorite BBQ recipes like chicken, steak, pork, or seafood. Just pat the rub on the meat and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

QUICK TIP!

To customize this dry rub, try other spices like rosemary, cumin, lemon pepper, coriander, curry powder, & more.

STORAGE

TO STORE LEFTOVERS, PLACE THE RUB IN A JAR AND STORE IN THE PANTRY OR CUPBOARD FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS. BUT I THINK IT'S BEST WITHIN 2 MONTHS!

USING RUB

You can use this rub on everything! Try: - Chicken - Pork - Veggies - Steak - Brisket - Popcorn or chips

TIP!

As a general rule, use 1-2 Tablespoons of dry rub for every pound of meat. You want the meat to have a good crust for the most flavor!
