GARLIC BUTTER DINNER ROLLS

soft, fluffy, & easy to make!

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE THESE ROLLS

They are perfectly soft & fluffy. The recipe comes together easily. Great for beginners! They taste so much better than store-bought.

INGREDIENTS

- WHOLE MILK - ACTIVE DRY YEAST - SUGAR - EGGS - BUTTER - SALT - BREAD FLOUR - GARLIC - GARLIC POWDER - CHIVES - FLAKY SALT

01

First, combine the milk, yeast, & sugar. Let it sit until the yeast is puffy. Then, add the butter, egg, and 1 cup of flour. Mix.

02

Add the flour and knead the dough for 5-6 minutes. Cover the dough with a linen and let it rise until doubled, about 2 hours.

03

Shape the rolls & place them side-by-side in a 9x13 pan. Cover the pan with a linen and let them rise the until puffy, about 1 hour.

04

Bake the rolls until they're golden-brown. Meanwhile, mix together the melted butter, garlic, & garlic powder until smooth.

05

Brush the warm rolls with the garlic butter. Then, sprinkle them with fresh chives and flaky salt. Enjoy them warm - so good!

TIP!

For light & fluffy garlic dinner rolls, make sure you're using bread flour! It has a higher gluten content which will make the rolls soft & squishy.
