YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE BECAUSE IT'S...

- easy to make - perfect for a crowd - the pigs are topped with parmesan and everything bagel seasoning - everyone loves them!

INGREDIENTS

- puff pastry - flour - little smokies - an egg - everything seasoning - parmesan - ketchup - hot sauce - mustard - honey  - bourbon

01 PUFF PASTRY

1. Roll the puff pastry into a large rectangle. 2. Cut into strips vertically. 3. Then, cut horizontal strips to make puff pastry squares.

02 ROLL THE PIGS

1. Pat the little smokies dry. 2. Place a little smoky in the center of a puff pastry square & roll. 3. Repeat with the remaining sausages.

03 BAKE THE PIGS

1. Brush the pigs with egg wash. 2. Sprinkle with Parmesan & everything spice. 3. Bake until golden-brown.

04 MAKE THE SAUCES

1. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and hot sauce. 2. In another small bowl, combine the mustard, bourbon, & honey. 3. Serve the warm puff pastry pigs in a blanket with the sauces.

PRO TIP!

To keep the pigs in a blanket from getting soggy, make sure to pat the little smokies dry to soak up any extra moisture!

If you're throwing a party and want to keep the pigs warm, just place them in the oven at 170°F. Place a few on a platter and replenish as needed.
