INGREDIENTS

- seasoned waffle fries - thick-cut bacon - sharp cheddar cheese - monterey jack cheese - jalapeños - red chili peppers - fresh chives - ranch dressing

01 MAKE THE BACON

1. Lay the bacon on a parchment-lined sheet pan. 2. Bake at 425°F for 10-18 minutes. 3. Finely chop the cooked bacon.

02 BAKE THE FRIES

1. Spread the waffle fries on a sheet pan. 2. Bake the fries according to package directions. 3. Remove the fries from the oven.

03 ASSEMBLE & BAKE

1. Layer the fries with the cheddar, jack cheese, & bacon. 2. Add the jalapeños & red chilis on top. Broil until the cheese is melted. 3. Top with fresh chives & enjoy!

PRO TIP!

Feel free to bake the loaded cheese fries on the sheet pan instead of a serving dish. It's super easy & less dishes!
