THE BEST EVER

ONLY 7 INGREDIENTS!

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THESE PANCAKES...

- they're soft & thin - the edges are lacy and a bit crispy - the recipe is so easy - they're delicious with a variety of different toppings

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

- all-purpose flour - table salt - sugar - eggs - whole milk - unsalted butter - vanilla extract - berries, powdered sugar, etc. for serving

01 DRY INGREDIENTS

Start by whisking up the all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Using a whisk, make a well in the center of the flour mixture.

02 WET INGREDIENTS

Add the eggs, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk just until the batter comes together. Let it rest for a few minutes.

03 FRY & ENJOY!

Melt the butter in a pan. Add a scoop of batter and swirl to coat the pan. Cook for 30-60 seconds, flip, & fry until the pancake is golden & crisp on the edges.

THAT'S IT!

Serve the pancakes with berries, lemon slices, butter, powdered sugar, Nutella, or anything else you like!

PRO TIP!

Let the batter sit for 15-30 minutes before you cook the pancakes. This will help make the pannekaker fluffy & soft but still thin.
