- so easy - no-chill - scented with vanilla & lemon - great for any occasion - only have 7 ingredients

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

- all-purpose flour - kosher salt - unsalted butter - powdered sugar - vanilla extract - lemon zest - seedless raspberry jam

01 MIX UP THE DOUGH

1. Cream the butter & sugar until pale & fluffy. 2. Add the vanilla & lemon. 3. Mix in the flour until you have a crumbly dough.

02 CUT THE COOKIES

4. Form the dough into discs. 5. Roll the dough out and use a cookie cutter to cut the cookies. 6. Bake at 350°F until the cookies are golden-brown.

03 BAKE & ENJOY!

7. Once they're cool, spread jam on half the cookies. 8. Sandwich the heart cookies on top of the jam cookies. 9. Dust with powdered sugar & enjoy!

TIP!

To make rolling the dough easier, you can chill the dough for 15-20 minutes. However, it's not necessary if you want a no-chill version!
