ABOUT THIS MAC & CHEESE FOR ONE!

It's one-pot. Made on the stovetop. Uses pantry staples. Made-from-scratch. Super easy!

INGREDIENTS

- PASTA WITH NOOKS & CRANNIES - BUTTER - FLOUR - GARLIC POWDER - PAPRIKA - GROUND MUSTARD - MILK - CHEESE - SALT & PEPPER

01

Start by cooking the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain the pasta & set aside.

02

Melt the butter in a pot & add the flour and spices to make roux. Then, slowly whisk in the milk & stir until the sauce is thickened.

03

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cheese until the sauce is smooth.

Tip - taste and add more salt, pepper, & spices if necessary.

04

Lastly, fold in the cooked pasta. Stir until the pasta is completely coated. Enjoy immediately and leave the dishes for later. ;)

VARIATIONS

Top with buttery breadcrumbs.

Add bacon, chicken, ground beef, or any other meat you like!

Add veggies like peas, onions, or jalapeños.

TIP!

Always grate your own cheese! It's the best way to get creamy stovetop macaroni and cheese without a grainy texture.
