3-Ingredient Boursin Dip with Pepper Jelly

Yield: 12 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
All you need is 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this amazing boursin dip! It has homemade (or store-bought) boursin, pepper jelly, and a sprinkle of pistachios for a little crunch - so, so good. To date, this is one of my most popular apps every time I bring it to a party. Serve it with butter crackers or crusty bread!

Ingredients

  • 1 batch homemade boursin (or 2 wheels of store-bought boursin)
  • 12 ounces pepper jelly (340 grams)
  • 1/4 cup shelled and roasted pistachios, roughly chopped (30 grams)

Equipment

  • Platter or large plate

Instructions

  • Use a spoon to spread the boursin cheese into a thin layer on a platter or large plate.
  • Spoon the pepper jelly over the boursin and sprinkle the pistachios on top.
  • Serve the dip with butter crackers, crusty bread, or homemade crostini. Enjoy!

Notes

My homemade boursin recipe makes about 10 ounces of cheese, which is roughly 2 wheels of boursin. (A standard wheel of boursin is 5.3 ounces.) So, if you're using store-bought, you'll need 2 wheels !
Feel free to swap the pepper jelly with fig jam, onion preserves, or raspberry jam. You can also use pecans, almonds, or walnuts in place of pistachios!
For the best flavor and texture, I recommend serving this dip at room temp. Just pull the boursin out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
