INGREDIENT LIST

- Flour - Baking powder & soda - Salt & black pepper - Spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, & pumpkin pie spice - Oil - Brown sugar - Pumpkin - Eggs - Vanilla - Milk - Black tea

01 the BATTER

Whisk together the dry ingredients.

Whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.

Stir together the wet & dry ingredients until you have a thick batter.

02 BAKE

Scoop the batter into 2 Tablespoon cookies.

Bake at 350°F until they're soft & fluffy, about 10 minutes.

Cool the cookies completely.

03 the FILLING

Steep the milk with the tea.

Beat the butter, sugar, & chai spices until smooth.

Add the milk tea and whip the frosting for 4-5 minutes until light and fluffy.

04 SANDWICH!

Flip half the cookies bottom side up.

Pipe the frosting on that half of the cookies.

Sandwich the remaining cookies on top. So easy!

TIP: How to make flavorful chai buttercream

Just infuse the black tea with the milk for about 5 minutes. Cool and add it to the filling!
