Puff Pastry Appetizers

Store-bought puff pastry is my favorite shortcut for appetizers that are crowd-pleasing but nice and simple. I mean, who doesn’t love those flaky layers? If you want something more elegant, start with pepper jelly goat cheese tartlets or beef Wellington bites. Or, for something more casual, make these little smokies in a blanket!
